# How to Make It:

01 - Arrange the bread slices on a clean surface and gently flatten each with a rolling pin to create an even layer.
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth and well incorporated.
03 - Evenly spread a thin layer of the prepared cream cheese mixture onto each slice of bread.
04 - Place one slice each of turkey, ham, Swiss cheese, and cheddar cheese over the spread on every bread slice.
05 - Top the layered meats and cheeses with several spinach leaves and thin strips of red bell pepper.
06 - Starting from one edge, tightly roll each bread slice into a log shape, maintaining firmness.
07 - Trim the ends of each rolled log with a sharp knife, then slice each log into three equal portions.
08 - Using a small star-shaped cookie cutter, press into each sliced piece to form star-shaped roll-ups.
09 - Arrange the star-shaped roll-ups on a serving platter and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
