07 - 12-14 ladyfinger biscuits, cut to fit shot glasses

# How to Make It:
01 - Whisk mascarpone, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
02 - Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until medium peaks form.
03 - Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated.
04 - In a shallow dish, combine cooled espresso and coffee liqueur if using.
05 - Quickly dip ladyfinger pieces into coffee mixture without soaking.
