01 - 1 thawed sheet puff pastry (8.8 oz)

02 - 3.5 oz sliced salami
03 - 3.5 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
04 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

05 - 1 beaten egg
# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Place puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and brush evenly with Dijon mustard.
03 - Layer the sliced salami evenly over the pastry, then sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
04 - Roll the pastry tightly from one long edge to form a log, then cut into 16 equal pieces.
05 - Place the slices cut side up on the prepared baking tray.
06 - Brush the tops of the scrolls with the beaten egg.
07 - Bake for 16 to 18 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
08 - Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.
