15 - 1 ripe avocado, sliced
16 - 1 cup shredded lettuce

18 - 1/4 cup zesty yogurt sauce or chipotle mayonnaise

# How to Make It:
01 - Mash black beans in a large bowl with a fork or potato masher, retaining some texture.
02 - Incorporate red onion, garlic, oats, breadcrumbs, egg, lime juice, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, pepper, and cilantro into the beans. Mix until fully blended.
03 - Divide mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty.
04 - Heat a nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium heat with a light coating of oil. Cook patties for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through.
05 - Optionally toast the burger buns lightly before assembly.
06 - Spread a dollop of zesty yogurt sauce or chipotle mayo onto the bottom bun, layer with shredded lettuce, a black bean patty, tomato slices, red onion, and avocado. Top with the bun crown.
