12 - 3.5 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
13 - 2 garlic cloves, minced

15 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
16 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
17 - 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

→ Decoration (optional)

18 - Cherry tomatoes or olives (for eyes and nose)

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth. Transfer to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 45 to 60 minutes until doubled in size.
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and nutmeg. Fold in the chopped spinach until thoroughly combined and set aside.
03 - Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Punch down the risen dough and divide into two portions. Roll the larger piece into a thick rope and shape into a ring approximately 8.7 inches (22 cm) in diameter; place on the prepared sheet. Fashion the second portion into antler shapes and securely attach to the ring. Carefully slice a shallow slit along the top of the ring and gently fill with the spinach dip.
04 - Brush the dough with beaten egg to enhance browning. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown, cooked through, and the filling is bubbling.
05 - Arrange cherry tomatoes or olives as eyes and nose to complete the reindeer appearance.
06 - Serve warm, allowing guests to pull apart the bread and dip progressively.
