# How to Make It:

09 - Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Slice and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Everything you love about chicken parmesan but in handheld form
  • The perfect balance of crunchy garlicky bread and tender saucy chicken
  • Great for feeding a crowd or indulging on a cozy night in
02 -
  • Do not skip hollowing out the bread or you will end up with too much bread and not enough filling
  • Let the boats rest for a few minutes or the filling will slide right out when you cut them
  • If the bread is getting too dark before the cheese is melted, tent loosely with foil
03 -
  • Use a serrated bread knife and a gentle sawing motion to avoid tearing the bread when hollowing
  • Warm the bread in the oven for 5 minutes before slicing and hollowing to make it easier to work with
  • Grate your own Parmesan from a wedge instead of using pre grated for way better flavor
